우란문화재단 우란 1경에서 1월까지 열리는 전시 《끝없이 반짝이는 거울의 방》에 석운동은 공간 디자인으로 참여했습니다.
전시장에 들어서면 사람을 닮은 형상들이 맞이합니다. 손끝에서 탄생한 이 존재들은 수 세기를 건너온 유물 ‘꼭두’와 ‘동자석’으로, 이제는 무덤이 아닌 전시장에서 말을 겁니다. 이 형상들은 우리를 다른 시공간으로 데려가며 이승과 저승에 대해 다시 묻도록 합니다.

Seokundong participated in the spatial design for the exhibition WHERE WE ARE MIRRORED, on view at Wooran Foundation’s Wooran Space 1 through January.

Upon entering the exhibition, visitors encounter human-like figures. Born from the artists’ hands, these beings are Kkokdu and Dongjaseok—funerary figures that have traveled across centuries and now speak to us not from a grave, but from within the exhibition space. They guide us into other times and places, prompting us to reconsider the realms of the living and the dead.
