석운동은 2020년 겨울 글래스고에서 만난 20세기 건축가 찰스 레니 매킨토시의 힐 하우스를 떠올리며 의자와 선반을 디자인 했습니다. 두 가구에 사용된 스테인레스 스틸은 동일한 모양이며, 변주가 가능합니다. 함께 있을 때에 맥락적으로 연결되어 더 다양한 의미를 획득하는 가구입니다. 선반에 사용된 나무못은 전통 결구법인 방두산지를 활용했습니다.

이 디자인은 이후 클라이언트와의 협의를 통해 (죽전면방)에서 활용되었습니다.

Seokwoondong designed the chair and shelf while recalling the Hill House by 20th-century architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh, which he encountered in Glasgow during the winter of 2020. The stainless steel used in both pieces of furniture has the same shape and can be varied. These pieces of furniture gain more diverse meanings when placed together, contextually connecting with each other. The wooden pegs used in the shelf are inspired by the traditional joinery technique, Bangdusanji.  

This design was later utilized in (Juk-Jeon Myeon-Bang) through consultation with the client.
